I've been wanting, well...really needing to go back to doing yoga. My body misses it and I love how it calms me. I remember a time where I faithfully did, The Sun Salutation each morning. I had been reading Deepak Chopra's book, Perfect Health, back then and found an awesome guided step-by-step instructions in the book. I do recommend the book, there is a lot of great information regarding general health.
